Rape-victim01Welcome to the myth of a doomsday 21-12-12... anyways we are back with a Malaya (language of the Malaysians) wish.  End Of The World 2012  day begins with a controversy between the numerologists and the astrologers who claim diverse facts about the day. While numerologists claim that this combination of numbers is bad omen, the astrologist claim that this I just another day, adding that the scope after this day is uniformly prospective. Anyways! Let us get into our titbits gathered from across.

Rape-victim04Day from the History: The holy city of Bethelem was formally handed over to the Muslim controlled Palestinian on this day in 1995 by the christian dominated Israel. As per the New testament of the Holy Bible, Lord Jesus was born in this blessed city.

Rape-victim05Day Amuses: I have always been entertained by cartoon animated films and if you too belong to this genre then this day needs to be celebrated. On this day in 1937 the first full length animated film was screened at the Carthay Circle theater. The film was Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Rape-victim06Specially in India: Pancha Ganapati pooja commences from today and is celebrated till December 25. The five day ritual includes five different colours of attire and different ways to invoke the Lord Ganesha who is considered as the Patron of Arts and Guardian of Culture. The whole family joins to celebrate this ritual among the chaste Hindus.

Rape-victim08Sports: Humane side of Yuvvy: Yuvraj Singh comes back in full form against the England team in the T20 match held in Pune. The humane side of the all rounder was quite visible when he dedicated his man of the match award to the rape victim who is battling for life in Delhi. Thought for the day:Drive away the negative thoughts and fill self with positive energies. There is a general belief that every thought, action and word spoken has an effect on us. Positive things bring winning results and negative things bring the failures. They also say what one sows, he reaps. Going by all this it is best to be positive and bring overall gain on us at all levels. Have a great day and enjoy the weekend as well. (Wishesh AarKay)

Mega Director vs Megastar?: Was it ire or business strategy: Mega filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao who as per critics has been nursing an ire for being deprived of a possible second Rajya Sabha (RS) term seems to have vented his feeling in a different way. Critics who read between the lines, highlighted that the Director was training his guns on none other than the Megastar who recently became a central minister after getting a RS entry.

A TV channel conducted a program, as usual, on the issue in which Chiru's brother Nagababu expressed that the veteran's comments could not have meant any harm to the Megastar.

The veteran seems to have voiced the same opinion over the issue and added that the media was unnecessarily misinterpreting his statement, over a telecon. Moments later to another precarious question from the host, the line got disconnected.

If he did not mean Chiru (refer:http://www.andhrawishesh.com/home/Top-Stories/35939:dasari-spills-ire-on-whom?.html), whom else was he targeting or was it a publicity stunt to rise the craze for his new book?

What would all-party-meet yield?: This is one point that is running high on the minds of the public as to what would happen at the all-party-meet to be held on December 28. While many feel that this will be another exercise which will lead to many more such meets. Some others feel that the meet would be ritualistic with no assertions and would only take stock of the opinion poll.

The reasons for all this speculation is because of the vague statements issued by the Congress senior leader from Delhi. Most recent one from Azad and Vayalar Ravi was that the high command had many issues to bother and only an unanimous vote would do good to the new state formation.

On the other hand, T leaders from the Congress might plan a mass exodus if the meet does not give desiring results. And leaders from TRS plan to embark on a massive protest on lines of 'Sakala Janula Samme' shortly after the meet fails to achieve their objective. With so many plans about the aftermath of the all-party-meet in process, it is the most anticipated event of this year, feel critics!

Kancha Ilaiah lashes out at KCR!: The former professor of the OU, Kancha Illaiah has got an excellent influence on the students through his versatile writings, yet his recent ire on the TRS supremo KCR might put a blot on his popularity, especially if he had no substantial proofs. The professor alleged that the TRS chief had amassed illegal assets worth Rs 50K crores by rising the T slogans.

Another issue that is sure to have an impact on him was his opinion supporting the YSRCP leader Konda Surekha's statement. Earlier the former minister said that T would be a realty only if KCR and his family commit suicide. A Professor by profession must not at least support such statements that sound too personal, felt critics.
