Success mantra to make life beautiful this year 

 

Yet another year arrived in everyone's lives. We all chucked out calender 2012 and stuck 2013 calender to our walls. Colourful pages with lively colours, the calenders that most us have promise a really colourful life. We all have taken new resolutions, right? Well most of us if not everyone. Before we curse year 2012 for the odds that it presented to us, let us all be thankful that it even gave many things to cherish and also taught us new experiences and the courage to take things as they come. Not to forget that the bridge you curse as hopeless is the same bridge that made you cruise into the place you are at present.

In fact, Every coin has two sides, the good and bad. Accordingly, you come across good people and bad people. While the bad leaves signs of sigh on your faces, the good people give you the warmth. Just based on the former you cannot say the world is a hopeless place to live. Similarly, every year-just like two sides of coin-has good and bad to offer. And one cannot really judge a year good or bad just looking at the flip side and the other side of coin.

This was a small conversation between three  young employees at a bus stop on New Year's Day:

Ram: I hope this year I get good hike. Lets see if 2013 will be a good year.

Raheem: Last year sucked, I didn't get any hike. I hope 2013 will be beautiful.

Robert: Last year was good, I got a hike. I hope this year will also be a good one.

Three persons had same thing in common. Judging a year as good and bad based on the remunerations they got. Is that all appropriate? What will happen if three of them will not get hike (only because they didn't perform well) this year? Will they curse 2013 as a bad one?

Celebrating New Year's Eve grandly doesn't solely mean you will have a solid year. In fact, it's good that you begin the new year to  a good note. Nonetheless, while taking new year to a positive note, please keep in mind that you should not expect too much from any year or any thing for that matter. Take life as it comes. Merely relying on dreams and failing to turn them to reality will only leave one curse the year and fate. Do you want to fall in that league? Friends, hard work will not go waste. But expecting too much from your hard work is something that might disappoint you. So give more and expect least. A famous quote says, do the work you love because when you don't get money you will still not stop going to office and if you get money, it's a bonus.  Make this your resolution and you will see how beautiful 2013 will be for you.
